Terms of Service for Hall Rental.

Age Requirement:

The renter must be at least 25 years old.

Capacity:

Rental fees quoted below are for up to 75 guests.

Furniture and Equipment:

  • 25 Tables (30”; x 6 ft) and chairs to accommodate up to 100 people.

  • 90 Chairs

  • Kitchen: 2 sinks, 1 refrigerator, 2 ovens, 1 microwave.

  • Commercial coffee maker (Serca) with filters provided.

  • PowerPoint screen available on stage.

  • Wi-Fi included (password provided on the day of rental)

Food & Catering:

  • Caterers are welcome.

  • Food may only be reheated — no cooking is allowed.

Alcohol:

  • Bringing and consuming alcohol is permitted.

  • The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Decorations:

  • Decorations are allowed.

  • The use of tape on the walls is prohibited.

  • Confetti and glitter-filled balloons are not permitted.

Rates:

Option #1 – 6-Hour Afternoon Rental

  • (Children’s party, baby shower, funeral reception, etc.): starting at $350 - $50 /hr. for additional time.

  • Check-In after 12:00 pm - Includes setup and cleanup time.

    Option #2 – Evening Rental:

  • Starting at $550

  • Check-In after 12:00 pm

    Cleaning at the End of the Event:

  • No cleaning fee is charged; however, a refundable $200 security deposit is required.

  • Return cleaned tables and chairs to their original place.

  • Ensure kitchen counters and floors are clean.

  • Major spills of food and/or drinks must be cleaned up or a cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Place garbage bags in the outdoor bin.
